I am Lalaine Gumaru Bernabe resident of Baluarte Santiago City. Hence, I would like to
take this opportunity to present this letter of intent, signifying my company's interest in a
partnership in catering the distribution of your products not only in the City of Santiago and its
neighbouring localities but also in some respective areas in region 2 as follows:

GROUP I Echague, Alicia, Ramon, Ifugao, San Isidro and Ipil

GROUP II: Jones, San Agustin and the whole area of Aurora

Areas including parts of the 1st District of Isabela: Ilagan City, Cabagan,
Delfin Albano, Divilacan, Maconacon, San Pablo, Santa Maria, Santo
Tomas and Tumauini.

Province of Quirino including: Diffun, Cabarroguis, Saguday, Aglipay,


Maddela and Nagtipunan.

GROUP III Cordon, Nueva Vizcaya, Roxas, Solano, Bambang, Cabanatuan, Aurora,
San Manuel, Mallig and Quezon.

Some areas are still pending dealer’s confirmation including: Baguio


and Kalinga Apayao.

Laine Chicken Corner came into existence as an expansion of Tabachingching's Lechon


Manok which was also founded and owned by my husband Mariano Bernabe. Its inception is to
be able to offer a wider range of sales and marketing of your products within the region.
Through Laine Chicken Corner we aim to be able to be more competitive in connecting the best
prospects, sub - distributors and consumers to the company.

We are sincerely looking forward to your most favourable response as we believe that
