 After the field practice, we enhanced our skills especially in observing and
identifying the improper work of some activity during the construction in our 100
hours of field practice
 Our communication skill is also improved especially in communicating with the
Engineers and workers in site which is important in clarifying errors or problems
that can be encountered during construction
 We also learned the correct way of inspecting and to have the voice to correct what
is done wrong on the procedures while doing such work.
 we have applied some of our theoretical knowledge that we have learned and
gained in my subjects after observing in the actual field practice like activities that
can be simultaneously done.
 We also learned different strategies that have been done during the construction,
how to handle under pressure, how to manage workers and spread the work in the
workers to finish on time and have a spare time for the next activity .
