Hello! This is Sam with the zero down solar program.

We’re just reaching out to see if you've had a chance to take a look at solar for

your home.

Lead: No

Agent: We may be able to help you! Right now is a really good time to go solar.

Q Are you a homeowner in a single family home?

Q Do you pay at least 100 dollars for electricity?

Q Who is your electric provider?

Q Is there a spouse or significant other who helps with this kind of thing?

Lead: Why?

We just want to make sure everyone who is involved in the decision-making process is

present during the meeting,

so we can explain the zero down solar process to both of you first hand.

Agent: Great! It looks like you may qualify. We can send out a solar expert

Single Family Home:


● Property owner
● Trust if they have (POA)
● 640 credit score and above

Manufactured Home
● Owns the land
● Strong Foundation not on wheels
● Double wide
● Not in a trailer park
● 50,000 USD property value
● 640 credit score and above

Townhouse/Townhome
● Property owner
● HOA approved
● 640 credit score and above

Commercial Building
● Own the entire property
● 640 credit score and above

What do you do as a company?
