14 LADDER PROJECTION IS 1M ABOVE THE PLATE FORM LEVEL
15 THE SCAFFOLDING HAS BEEN PROVIDED WITH GREEN TAG BEARING THE
VALID DATE AND AUTHORIZED SIGNATURES.
