ABSTRACT

We are committed to giving the latest and highest service to job seekers. It will not
only be helpful for the job seekers but also job employee seekers. They will easily
update job information using this application. Government non-government all job
news published here. The link and application processes will show through a video so
that the users can be really helpful by this web application.
We will also provide guidelines on how to get a job easily. In our application we also
upload a practice section. Using this application, Job seekers will be able to improve
their skills according to job requirements. They will get ranked. It will make him
confident so that his success is sure.
We are dedicated to creating the greatest job management application. All members
of our team are concerned about it. This is the team where all members are
experienced. So, Insha'Allah by the grace of almighty Allah we are able to do it with
success.

1. INTRODUCTION

This is a web-based application. It will be a really amazing application for job


seekers. All the latest and updated job news will be published here. It will be so
much easier to use. Purpose of this application is to reduce the rate of
unemployment. All job concepts and requirements will be informed here with a
scene of ease. Job seekers also will be able to improve their skills using this
application easily. Users will get a rank on the base of his performance among
others. We will basically provide the services that (Job Express, Bdjobs, Chakri.com,
Jobisland.com etc.) companies are currently providing to all job seekers. Our project
will provide guidance to unemployed people on the one hand to find the right
employment and on the other hand various employers will be a means of marketing/
promotion.

2. PROJECT OBJECTIVES

I. To meet the desired expectations of all students a government job.

II. To develop the best job platform of Bangladesh

III. To remove the unemployment problem.

IV. To give the desired solution of job seekers.

V. To make an online mentors & also a tutor for job seekers.

VI. To provide the appropriate guideline for job seekers.

3. PROJECT METHODOLOGY

The methodology part plays a very important role in the development of


each project. This methodology contains all the details of what a project will consist
of and what the modules will do. That's how we arranged our project modules. The
modules of our project are:
1. Employee
2. Job Category
3. Company
4. Job Location
5. Job Information
6. Applicant
7. Application Details

Employee: Employee modules are one of the main modules in our job management
system (JMS). The components of this module are username, password, admin id,
name, contact number and email address.

Job Category: This module will be sorted by category of job ads of different
companies. As a result, every user can easily select their job according to their
educational qualifications and profession. The job category consists of all the
modules in the company name, Company id, and admin id.

Company: Users can easily see all the facts about the companies that will advertise
for their jobs from this module. Company name, email, contact number, website
address company id and account status are basically all sorted in this module.

Job Location: As a job seeker there is no lack of interest in his job location. Job
location plays an important role in every job candidate. This module has been
designed keeping in mind the issues so that a job seeker can easily know the location
of his job and select the job according to his location. Location Name, Location id,
and Admin id will all be in the Job Location module and the user can easily select the
job according to his location.

Applicant: Applicant module is the most important part of the online job
management system. Every job seeker has to provide all his / her own information

different companies have for job seekers.

E-R/Entity-Relationship Model Diagram: We input all E-R diagrams in this space. In


the following diagram we have job and job seeker entities and their
relationship between them.

As we see job entity have other sub-entities and they have one to many
relationships. Even for job seeker entity there are sub-entities and the relationships
between them. For examples we see that job entity have seven sub-entities of
job_id, title, description, location, salary, post and search. Now we see that the sub-
entity search is linkup with job seeker entity. So, we can say that we have such a
system that using entity relationship model in Database Management System.

Activity Diagram: The activity diagram is another important behavioral diagram


within the UML diagram to explain dynamic aspects of the system. An activity
diagram is actually a complicated version of a flow chart that modeling the be due
one activity to a different activity. In our system we have two activity diagrams for
our project.

Flow Chart: A flowchart may be a graphical representation of steps. it had been


originated from computing as a tool for representing algorithms and programming
logic but had extended to use altogether other forms of processes. they assist us

visualize complex processes, or make explicit the structure of problems and tasks. A
flowchart also can be wont to define a process or project to be implemented.

4. GANTT CHART & RESEARCH MILESTONE

Gantt Chart and Research Milestones are very important part in our project
management system. As we can see that research milestones are being showed in a
gantt chart. To create this project proposal, we have research many websites or
online portal. As a matter of fact, in the following gantt chart we showed our weekly
research milestones as we proceed. We divided our tasks in five part, for each part
we assigned one person to complete each task. As you can see the part of
introduction task completed in less than a week.

Our target is our task. It's more important than other duties. All we are self-
