PROJECT NAME: RESPOND (Reading Enrichment and Special Plans On Non and Developing readers)

RATIONALE: Reading comprehension is the process of creating a meaning from the text. Reading interventions help students to comprehend what they read. In
line with this, the Cantilan National High School proposes to provide reading instruction to develop the student’s reading comprehension, language skills and help
students who are struggling in decoding and recognizing both English and Filipino words.

OBJECTIVES: This intervention is being developed to:


1. To attain zero percent of frustration level of the students in Cantilan National High School both Junior and Senior High School.
2. To achieve zero percent for the non-readers
3. To improve the achievement level in reading both English and Filipino (based on the MPS result of the diagnostic test)
