Role: Project Manager and Coordinator – Project – Centre for Medicare Initiative and Predictive
Modelling.
 Responsibilities included data management, data mining, working with business to identify required
data elements and supporting ad-hoc reporting. Business Process implementation experience.
Experience with QA (GxP) process methodology, proficient in gathering business requirements using
UML, process flows and uses cases.
 Reporting included forecasting and predicative analysis on patient data to create new reporting and
modelling programs.
 Point of Contact for regional Medicare testing teams regarding any new requirements from CM (Centre
for Medicare). Required data from multiple application sources to target data warehouse. Additional
task included quality assurance, testing, and testing scenarios creation. Supporting Change request
and management.
 Other duties included predictive modelling using data mining techniques to determine relationship
between patient age group and medical treatment. Including CRM/ERP applications (Salesforce.Com
and SAP) managing application requirements.
 Working with pharmaceutical teams creating reports and dashboard analytics.
