IV. LESSONS LEARNED

1. Change is a powerful element that could improve or destroy an institution. The pandemic has drifted education along
with the processes and systems involved. Predetermined goals and measures to achieve these were hindered thus,
mitigations took place.

2. Professional Development should not only be encouraged for ranking merits but to advance the body of knowledge
for education. Applications such as innovations and researches shall be conducted for the benefit of the school and its
learners.

3. Infrastructure is a rudiment in fostering a conducive environment for learning.

4. School's operational budget should not only be dependent on MOOE Fund; Income generating projects shall be
practiced to continuously aid the school in its pursuit to deliver adaptive quality education.

V. WAYS FORWARD

a. Develop a flexible and adaptive BE-LCOP to ensure undisruptable education.

b. Launch Innovations and researches to solve recurring and new problems in the school.

c. Take necessary actions and procedures to make the establishment of new classrooms possible.

d. Request assistance to the Division Office and various government agencies to provide
buildings/infrastractures. MOOE will be then utilize to maintain these infrastructures and purchase additional
learning resources.
