2. To increase energy when very, very tired or sleepy


o Right Nostril Breathing - Breath of Fire for 3-5 minutes

3. To calm down
o Left Nostril Breathing – Long and deep - 26 times

4. Compulsive eating habits


o Left Nostril Breathing – 31 minutes/day x 90 days

Inhale – suspend – exhale – suspend (do not strain)
