Narrative of the Incident:

January 23, 2022 Evening – I suffered fever, headache, muscle and stomach pain that causes hard breathing. It’s like inside me was
reaping and tearing into pieces. The pain was so unbearable. I vomited many times. I was so weak and I can’t breathe. I decided to
go to Southern Philippines Medical Center (SPMC).

January 24, 2022 at 12:01 – I undergo laboratories and swab testing. My labtest results were all declining. My haemoglobin,
electrolytes, calcium, potassium and sugar were too low. I was admitted at the Intensive Care Unit and rely on oxygen to keep my
breathing stable.

January 25, 2022 – the doctor requested a blood transfusion because my haemoglobin was deteriorating.

January 26, 2022 – My swab test result came, I tested positive to Covid19 and this saddened me. It caused emotional fear and
anxieties that worsen my situation. In the same day, I was diagnosed with acute pancreatitis but I cannot undergo ultrasound and
other labtest because I AM COVID POSITIVE. I was still at the ICU, admitted and quarantined.

February 04, 2022 – I already had my ultrasound and other labtest. It showed that my pancreas was swollen and stones were found
in my gallbladder. I am advised to undergo surgery but was put on hold because of being positive in Covid19.

I am still waiting for updates from my doctors. As of the moment my health is not okay.

I am humbly asking your good and understanding office to bear with me in this depressing situation. I am a hard-working and
dedicated teacher in DRANHS and I spend most of my time working. I am hoping and praying that everything will be alright soon. I
already had my re-swab and still hoping that it will turn negative so I can undergo further labtest and surgery.

Thank you so much for hearing me and may God bless us all.
