 Introduction to the project

The "Course Registration System" has been developed to override the

problems prevailing in the practicing manual system. This software is
supported to eliminate and in some cases reduce the hardships faced by this
existing system. Moreover this system is designed for the particular need of
the company to carry out operations in a smooth and effective manner.

It has two modules -

1. Admin
2. User

The application is reduced as much as possible to avoid errors while entering

the data.

No formal knowledge is needed for the user to use this system. Thus by this
all it proves it is user-friendly.

Course Registration System, as described above, can lead to error free,

secure, reliable and fast registration system. It can assist the user to
concentrate on their other activities rather to concentrate on the record
keeping. Thus it will help organization in better utilization of resources.

 Admin and user module detail.

In user module first we have to create the account for user and then
signin , after that the user home page will display over their customer can see
the various courses provided by the website.
While in admin page the data of courses & customers is saved and can
be seen by only admin. All the basic things like updating courses and user
details is done in this admin page.
 Scope of Work

 The Course Registration System is an easy to maintain, ready to run,

scalable, affordable and reliable and cost saving tool.

 This System can be used by any user who have the basic knowledge of
Internet and a browser. All you need is a reliable and fast high speed
Internet connection and an account.

 It does not require any educational level, experience and technical

expertise in computer field but it will be a good use if user has the good
knowledge of how to operate a computer.

 It helps people gain more knowledge easily.

 User can use this system anywhere and run on any platform. User can
access this system with their mobile browser or desktop browser.
 An Existing System

Things going manually like going to the Book Store to buy required books will
be aborted because knowledge is available at your house.

You have to go to the Book Store every time when you need desired books.

If a Book Store is far from your home then you need a vehicle to reach there.

To buy the books you need time, with the help of Course Registration System
time consumption will be very less.
 Need of Proposed System

Course Registration System has redefined the future of gaining knowledge

online. Online learning is getting more popular. With a single click, one can
access any kind of information in a way that the traditional remote control can’t
provide.

Buying books from the store takes a lots of time. With the help of this system
information will be delivered to your home very easily.

You can find all the courses in the website. This system provides multi-device
access, so you can use any of your devices, making your online learning
experience a matter of personal choice, preference and convenience.
 Feasibility Study
Operation Feasibility

The project has been developed in such a way that it becomes very easy even
for a person with little computer knowledge to operate it. As this project is user
friendly version there is not much training required for the people to use. This
project is not only making the task of administrator easy but it also reducing the
time that is taken otherwise. So we can say that this project is operationally
feasible.

Economic Feasibility

An economic feasibility analysis is a criterion for determining the final market

position of a website. More commonly known as cost/benefit analysis. Good
economic feasibility analysis is helpful for project implementation and
management. In this system development process, the technologies used, from
the database to the development tools, and then to the server are free, so the
cost of the development of the system is only invested in time and effort,
therefore, the system is economically feasible.

Technical feasibility

The technical feasibility in the proposed system deals with the technology used
in the system. It deals with the hardware and software used in the system
whether they are latest technology or not. The System use windows platform it
can run on any Operating System which has browser, Front-End Technology is
HTML, CSS and for Back-End PHP and MYSQL Database Sever is used. Thus
this System is technically feasible.
 System Features

 Manage the information of computer courses and users.

 Provides the searching facilities on both admin and user module to search
courses and user information from a large list.

 New courses can be added to list and selected easily.

 The system stores selected courses and users information.

 The System Upload selected courses to the server.

 Generating reports according to selected field for search.

 Provides registering system to select courses.

 Design of Input/Output Screens

1. Registration Page:-

 This is the Registration page of Course Registration System.

 This page is responsible for registering a user for the website.

 When a user enters all his details and sets up a password, he/she is
allowed to browse the website.
2. Login page:-

 Login page is used to enter your account.

 Validations -
1. Check email id already exist or not.
2. Check password and confirm password are same or not.
3. Password length must be in between 8 to 16.

 Here with the previously registered details, we can access the website.

 Login button is given for go to the home page from which user can
access the web site.

 After cross checking all the entered details, the user can progress further
from the page. Any wrong value will show an error that will prevent any
non registered people form accessing the website.
3. Home Page:-

 The Home Page is the main page of a website.

 Here the user can access all the details of thesystem.

 It contains all the information that can be accessed.

 All details can be observed in a systematic manner.

 The build is simple, which makes it easy to use.

 This page can also be used to log out, so that someone else can access
the system.
4. Details page:-

 This page is used to enter the details of the user.

 By entering the details, the user is able to create his/her own profile in
the system.

 All details are unique to a particular user.

 After creating the profile, the user is able to select the course as per
requirements.
5. Course Page:-

 In this page , the user is finally able to choose the desired courses for
studying.

 Multiple courses can be selected, depending on the convinience of the

user.

 We are able to view the courses that have been selected and are in use
currently.

 After new courses are added, the list gets updated.

 Limitations

 After the payment is done there is no refund and cancel option available.

 There is no email verification system for new user.

 Fluctuations in taxes are being everyday so every morning the prices of

the items must be updated.

 Inability for efficient deliveries.

 Non-tech savvy customers.

 The freshness of edible commodities will be not guaranteed by the

seller.
 Conclusion

In conclusion, Online Grocery Store System has to do with making appropriate

effort to stop the rising problem to all manual grocery store operation in order to
enhance the operation of such grocery store.

In this project, the software or system that can be used to aid all grocery store
that is still operating manually have been successfully developed.

The software can be implementing in all types of grocery store.
