1) The overtime form receiving procedure has a cutoff date of the 20th of each month for overtime forms. 2) Overtime forms must be created by foremen, signed by their supervisor (UL or SPV), and signed by the department manager on a weekly or daily basis depending on the department. 3) Completed forms are then delivered to administration to be input into the Sunfish system and processed for payment by the payment deadline.
