DESCRIPTION
CBR CHOCO 888 is a partial hydrogenated fat made from palm oil fraction.

INTENDED USE
For direct use in confectionery coatings or further processing into confectionery fats.

INGREDIENT STATEMENT
Hydrogenated Palm Oil Fraction, Soya-lecithin (E322), mixed-tocopherol (E306), STS (E492).
Any changes on additives added can be based on user's requirement. Otherwise, it will be added as per standard practice.

PACKING
HDPE bag in 15/20/25kg carton boxes.

STORAGE & SHELF LIFE

Stored in original unpacked packing in a cool, dry, away from direct sunlight, odour free with temperature below 28°C.
Shelf life is 12 months from date of manufacture.

HALAL & KOSHER

Product is Halal and Kosher certified.

ALLERGEN
Soya is considered allergen according to FDA guidelines and EU No. 1169/2011 Annex II
