HOW TO USE THE TEMPLATE

Step 1
Fill in the INFO Tab

Step 2.
A. Go to Form 3
B. Enter the number of enrollees and section in yellow colored cells.
C. Enter the frequency of error in orange colored cells.
D. Enter the scores in green colored cells.
E. Check the checker per class if zero.
