R: Good afternoon! Welcome to SNSU HOTEL. How may I help you today?
C: Good afternoon. I have a reservation under the name Eunice Lim/Samantha Gibertas.
R: Thank you, Ms. Eunice/Ms. Samantha. Let me just find your reservation.

The FRONT DESK AGENT locates the reservation and starts the check-in process.
R: Great! I see your reservation. May I please have your ID and a credit card for
incidentals?

The HOTEL GUEST hands over their ID and credit card. The FRONT DESK AGENT carefully
checks the information.
R: Thank you, Ms. Eunice/Ms. Samantha. Everything looks in order. You've booked a
Double bed for 2 nights.

The FRONT DESK AGENT hands back the ID and credit card.
R: Here are your room keys, and I'll also provide you with a map of the hotel and some
information about our amenities. You'll find your room on the 3rd Floor, and the elevators
are right behind you.
C: Thank you very much.

The HOTEL GUEST takes the keys and information.


R: Is there anything else I can assist you today? Restaurant recommendations, spa
reservations, or any other questions?
C: Actually, do you have a restaurant on-site?
R: Certainly! We have an excellent restaurant called Maradjaw Resto Bar right here in the
hotel. They serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I can make a reservation for you if you'd
like.
C: That sounds perfect. Please go ahead and make a reservation for two at 7:00 PM tonight.

The FRONT DESK AGENT makes the reservation.


R: Done! You're all set for dinner at 7:00 PM at Maradjaw Resto Bar. Enjoy your stay, Ms.
Eunice/Ms. Samantha. If you need anything during your stay, don't hesitate to ask.
C: Thank you so much for your help.
