I have about 12 years of experience across development and Government sectors. I have worked on large-scale
program management of socio-economic impact projects, digital & systems transformation of public
services, education & skill development, livelihoods, healthcare, impact investment, strategic sourcing, etc.

Currently I am heading west region team in Deloitte India’s M&E and CSR service line. I am managing a team
of 5 high-capability resources, and delivering M&E, IA & CSR advisory services to clients with a consolidated
spend of over INR 120 Cr. Prior to Deloitte, I was heading business & project operations at Symbiosis Open
Education Society, a leader in Education and Skill Development. I used to manage the P&L of CSR vertical
within the organization, worth INR 25 Cr. I have extensive consulting experience with Palladium Group, a
global leader in Impact Consulting, and prior to that with KPMG India – in Infra, Govt & Health (IGH).

In Deloitte, I manage M&E, IA and CSR advisory projects, for west region. Some of the key projects executed
are - M&E of a multi-state program for a large Indian Philanthropy with a program spend INR 130 Cr and IA
of a DRE program across 6 states for an international foundation with a spend of INR 60 Cr. I also support
service line Partner & Directors in business development, with a healthy pipeline.

In Symbiosis I was working with large corporates and key Government bodies to design and implement large-
scale, high-impact, skilling & transformation programs, impacting over 5000 youth and women every year.
We used to provide upskilling across skillsets – from basic livelihoods skilling to hi-tech skilling.

During my consulting stints with Palladium and KPMG, I have worked on projects involving Socio-Economic
Impact Programs, Smart City & Urban Infra Proposals, ICT enabled BPR and Strategic PPP Initiatives. I was
responsible for Business Development, Program Management, Socio-Economic Impact Projects etc.

I am a Mechanical Engineer and have a PG Diploma from Indian Institute of Management, Mumbai
(formerly NITIE), India’s leader in Supply Chain and Operations education & research.

Prior to joining NITIE, I worked with a large PSUs, Hindustan Aeronautics Limited, as Deputy Manager
in Strategic Sourcing and Contract Management, with spend of over INR 1500 Crs, and effected saving of over
INR 150 Crs through various strategic negotiations.

Coming to my skills, I good at conceptualizing & developing Socio-Economic Impact Projects, developing
relevant business models, cost-revenue models, large-scale Program Management, strategic sourcing. I
have excellent understanding of BPR concepts, approach and implementation of BPR projects, Digital
Transformation. I have experience of developing Product and Organizational Technology Roadmaps. I
have good analytical and problem-solving abilities. I can exercise matured business judgment and have a strategic
