ROSEMARIE R. MARGARICO, of legal age, Filipino, single and a resident of


Brgy. Don T.Lutero West, Janiuay, Iloilo,

MARY ANN M. TABAÑAG, of legal age, Filipino, married to ZALDY


TABAÃG, and with residence and postal address at Brgy. Don T. Lutero Center,
Janiuay, Iloilo;

LISETTE M. MOSTEIRO, of legal age, Filipino, married to ARNALDO V.


MOSTEIRO JR., and with residence and postal address at Brgy. Don T. Lutero Center,
Janiuay, Iloilo;

ELFLEDA M. DIPEITRO, of legal age, Filipino, married to JOHN DIPIETRO,


with residence and postal address at Brgy. Don T. Lutero Center, Janiuay, Iloilo; and

BERNIE O. MAGNO, of legal age, Filipino, single, and with residence and
postal address at Brgy. Don T. Lutero Center, Janiuay, Iloilo; represented by their
attoryney-in-fact, MARY ANN M. TABAÑAG.

W I T N E S S T H:

That we are the co-owners of a certain parcel of land known as Lot No. 357-B, situated in Brgy.
Don T. Lutero Center, Municipality of Janiuay, Province of Iloilo, containing an area of Containing an
area of FOUR HUNDRED NINETY TWO (492 sq. m.) SQUARE METERS more or less, and covered by
OCT-59707

That we have caused the subdivision of the said property into Three(3) sublots to segregate our
respective ownership as shown in the proposed subdivision plan.

That we have agreed to adjudicate the resulting sublots in the following manner, to wit:

That we are present during the survey and hereby confirm and agree as to the sites and location
and shares of each;

That, FINALLY, the parties here request the Registry of Deeds of Iloilo Province to issue separate
titles for each sub-lot upon payment of the required legal fees.
