land including all the improvements thereon more particularly described as follows:

being a portion of consolidated lot PCN- & lot 76- LRC Rec. No. ), situated in the
Barrio of , City of. Bounded on the NE., Along line 1-2 by lot 6; on the SE., along
line 2-3 by lot 10 (road); on the SW., along line 3-4 by lot 4 all of the consolidation
subdivision plan; on the NW., along line 4-1 by lot 76-F, PSD-. Beginning at the
point marked “1” on plan being S. 74 deg. 34’E., .10 m. from BBM No. 21, cadaster.
Thence S. 4 deg. 3’E., 2.1 m. to the point 2; thence S. 4 deg. 0’W., 9.00 m. to point
3; thence N. 2 deg. 3’W., 20.91 m. to point 4; thence N. 7 deg. 0’E., 9.00 m. to the
point of beginning; containing an area of one hundred eighty eight (18) square
meters. All points referred to are indicated on the plan and are marked on the ground
by P.S. Cyl. Conc. Mons. 15x40 cms. Bearing true; date of original survey Jan.-July
1916 and that of the subdivision survey May 5, 2005 and was approved on June 01,
2005.

That the VENDORS agree to sell the said property to the VENDEES under
the following conditions;

1. That the VENDEES shall pay as purchase price the amount of Seven
Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (P 700,000.00 ).
2. That the VENDEES have already paid the amount of Fifty Thousand
Pesos (P 50,000.00 ).
3. That the VENDORS agree to execute the final Deed of Sale upon
payment of the remaining balance which is Six Hundred Fifty
Thousand Pesos ( P 650,000.00 ) after the release of the Loan to be
applied for the by the VENDEE.
