This Office shall conduct a Division-wide Community Literacy Mapping (CLM) from August 1 through August 31, 2023, in accordance with Republic Act 11510, the Alternative Learning System Act, which declared the policy of the State to promote the right of all citizens to quality education at all levels and take the necessary steps to make such education accessible to all. Barangay authorities will participate in this Division-initiated activity to help with the mapping process and to further the goals of Education for All (EFA) and the universalization of Basic Education. 2.
