Resolution For Perimeter Fence With Beautiful Gate

The Barangay Council of Ibo, Malalag, Davao del Sur held a meeting on January 9, 2023. During the meeting, the Council adopted a resolution to request funding from the Governor of Davao del Sur for a perimeter fence and gate at Ibo Elementary School. The school currently has no complete fence, leaving the school grounds and vegetable garden unsafe. The resolution was approved unanimously to improve safety and assist the school children. A copy of the resolution will be furnished to the Governor for information and appropriate action on the funding request.

Resolution adopting the joint request of Barangay Ibo and Ibo Elementary
School headed by GPTA President –Rey N. Casas through the office of the Honorable
Governor YVONNE ROŇA CAGAS, Province of Davao del Sur to allocate funds for
Perimeter Fence with Beautiful Gate.

Whereas; the school has no complete perimeter fence since then the safety of
the school plants and other vegetables in Gulayan Sa Paaralan are not safe.

Whereas; the total land area of the school is not less than 3 hectares.

WHEREAS, the Barangay Council has no enough amount to finance this project
due to financial constraints;

WHEREAS; the construction of this project is a great assistance to the school


children in Ibo Elementary School.

Therefore upon the motion of Kagawad Dwight G. Ortega and duly seconded
by Kagawad Henry Niñeza be it ,

RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved by Barangay council to request through the


office of the Honorable Governor YVONNE ROŇA CAGAS, Province of Davao Del Sur
to allocate funds for the Perimeter Fence with Beautiful Gate.

RESOLVED FINALLY to furnish a copy of their resolution to the Honorable


Governor YVONNE ROŇA CAGAS,Province of Davao del Sur for their information and
appropriate action.

UNANIMOUSLY APPROVED this January 9 2023.
