Company Personal : Total No of Staff x No of Working Days x 9


Sub Contract Personal : Total No of Sub Contractors x No of Working Days x 10
Lost Time Incident Frequency Rate (LTIR) = No. of Lost time injuries x 1000,000 / No of Man Hours Worked
Total Recordable Injury Rate (TRIR) = Total no. of accidents (FAT+LTI+RWC+PDC+MT) x 1000,000 / No of Man Hours Worked
No. of man hours for Tool box meeting = Total No of Attendees x Duration in minutes / 60
No of Induction Training = Total No of Attendees
No of Special Training = Total No of Training Conducted
Total no. of hours spent Per Person on EHS training = Total Number of all Trainings x Total Duration of all Trainings in Minutes ÷ 60
Total Number of all Attendees
