Per Virtual Planning Conference cum TWG Meeting last November 5, 2021 re: conduct
of Dagyaw 2021: Virtual Townhall Meeting on November 29, 2021, roles and
responsibilities of DILG Provinces with regards to the pre-activities of the townhall
session are the following:

1. Send invitation letters to CSO PDF copy of letters will be
pax thru the C/MLGOO shared to you via Google link
2. Confirm attendance of pax thru POs, thru the C/MLGOOs shall
online registration provide technical assistance on

3. Ensure the Participants: 3 CSO
attendance/participation of representatives in the LDC
registered pax during the
Dagyaw proper.
4. Promote Dagyaw 2021 regional To be coordinated with the

5. Disseminate/inform participants Zoom credentials shall be
the meeting link of the Online provided by the Regional Office
platform 3 days prior the activity
