Essay 3 Second Draft
A Review of Searching for Sugar Man The film Searching for Sugar Man focuses on a
legend folk music star, Sixto Rudriguez, who is more popular than Elvis in South Africa
but fails to gain fame in the United States. He knows nothing about his fame in South
Africa and has no idea how he is deified there. The whole story is told in a linear way to
present a dramatic journey of finding Rudriguez. It is not followed an old fashioned
rough start road to success dream come true style (Ning). It is a display of two parallel
worlds of a legend music hermit. An artist who regards art as his ultimate faith in life
remains unmoved either by gain or loss. In describing music journey of Rudriguez, the
director shoots several full length shots of Rudriguez s wandering. The first wandering
shot appears at the sixth minute, where a lonely figure wanders passing by slums, CD
shops, the sewer club and Detroit steel factory. He was just a wandering spirit around the
city ( Searching for Sugar Man ). This shot indicates several elements of that time,
including working class, minority nation, and large company. The solitude night of
Detroit and the decaying atmosphere of this city are perfectly matched, which
coordinates with Rudriguez s music as background melody. A modest man of modest
means, he quietly reflects on the success he now enjoys a continent away from his
Detroit home and the hard times in
Why You Shouldn T Judge Anyone Analysis
Tupac Shakur once said only god can judge me that which does not kill me can only
make me stronger i don t see why everybody feel as though that they gotta tell me how
to live my life . You shouldn t judge anyone because of what you think about them
because you really don t know who they really until you actually meet them . One
should never judge a person by their appearance because judging them is never okay
to do . You shouldn t judge anyone on how they are or what you hear about them
because not everything you hear about someone is true . You never really understand a
person until you consider things from his point of view until you climb into his skin
and walk around it. pg 36 . Scout tells atticus that she was having a bad day at school
because she didn t like her teacher and atticus told her that she shouldn t judge a person
because of how they are with you .... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
It connects to my claim because judging someone without knowing them is never
okay to do because people are sometimes a different person then what you expect them
to be . Aunt Alexandra eventually accepts Scout to a certain extent, but she never
really gets over the fact scout is determined, willful, and will never fit the stereotype of
a Southern lady. This evidence shows that Scout´s aunt won´t ever really understand
why sheś a tom boy and why can´t she be a Southern lady like like her aunt . This
evidence relates to my reason by alexandra is kind of judging scout by the way she is and
by the way her appearance is . It relates back to my claim by me saying people shouldnt
judge anyone by there

In the case against Sage Rent A Car the defendant filed a surety bond with the
superintendent of insurance when it incorporated. Therefore, the court should dismiss
the suit against Sage Rent A Car for failing to state a claim under rule NMRA 1
012B(6). Also under section 66 5 207(E) (1988) of the New Mexico Financial
Responsibility Act states, a motor vehicle approved as a self insured by the
superintendent of insurance is exempt from the act. Therefore, the defendant is not
liable for any damages due to filing a surety bond with the New Mexico superintendent
and for being self insured. Lastly, under New Mexico case law Las Lumarias of the
N.M Council v. Isengard, 92 N.M 297, 300 301 (Ct. App. 1978) the court held a
motion to dismiss due to the plaintiff not being able to recover or be entitled to relief
under any state of facts provided under the claim. As one can see under the statutes
provided and case law the defendant Sage Rent A Car is not liable for damages per the
New Mexico Financial Responsibility Act not constituting negligence due to Sage s
actions when
Letter from a Birmingham Jail
Martin Luther King s Letter from Birmingham jail is a mix of emotional passion and
logical precision that seeks to achieve meaningful cause. The letter was a response to
white clergy who were critical of his intention in Birmingham naming him an outsider .
King s response to critics through a letter explains his arguments vividly and effectively.
King wrote the letter in a way that he agreed with his critics, nonetheless still using their
words against them in logicharmony. King s letter illustrates the three artistic proofs used
to convince an audience. This paper will discuss the ethos, pathos, and logos modes of
persuasion as well as writing structure as seen in King s The letter from Birmingham jail.

Any law that degrades human personality is unjust (Jnr, 2012).
King s letter also appeals to the emotions. He uses pathos to appeal to his audience and
at the same time influence them. For instance, he uses overwhelming truths to justify his
actions he says, When you are harried by day and haunted by night by the fact that you
are a negro , living constantly in tiptoe stance, never quite knowing what to expect this
will explain to the audience why it is difficult for him and his contemporaries to wait
(Jnr, 2012).
King is expressive in answering his critics because of his ability to respond eloquently
without invoking anyone, his ability to see both sides of the argument, and because of
his aptitude to appeal to moral certitude. He poses fruitful questions and according to
Savini, good questions guide someone towards developing constructive arguments
(Savini, 2012, p. 57). For instance, King posses very constructive questions like Why
direct action? Why attend, marches and so forth? Isn t negotiation a better path? (Jnr,
2012). It is worth to note that not all questions are good, so one needs to assess the
questions in a variety of contexts to determine if they help their cause (Savini, 2012, p.
57).
King is weary of his primary audience as well as the secondary one. He writes the letter
specifically as an answer to Birmingham s clergymen. When writing it is important to
The Convergence Of Big Data And Security Approaches
3.Benefits of analytics the convergence of big data and security approaches is likely to
lead to huge investments in analytics for risk assessment, automation and detection by
existing and new networking vendors. This growth will require greater processing
power from network equipments. 4.Security vs. Speed security vendors will have to
balance the demands for high speeds and visible access sprawl to cope with insider
threats. The problem may get even worse with the current trend that has witnessed the
growth of BYOD and the internet of things growing. To enhance security, network
vendors will be forced to reassess their prioritization and make a move towards new
solution technologies. That can balance the need for fine technology and security; the
easy solutions include embracing active intelligence and probabilistic technologies.
5.Expectations for a complete suit network visibility network visibility is critical in
taming breaches of security at primed target businesses and organizations. Breaches
such as those witnessed in retail brands such as Target and Staples are a case in point.
The breaches are coming up because most network security designs in use today have
not adapted to the more forceful dynamic access and threat environment. A reduction in
network visibility is what has curtailed the ability of retail brands to fully secure their
network assets. . The shift to complete network visibility will benefit the vendors who are
keen on providing complete
