SGC RESOLUTION - Communication

The joint special meeting of the Bulawan National High School Parents Teachers Association officers and School Governance Council officers passed Resolution No. 08, Series 2023. The resolution requests that the school principal approve using Facebook and Messenger as the online communication tools for the SGC officers and stakeholders. It was proposed and seconded that these platforms be adopted because they are commonly used and some barangays do not have reliable internet access besides their PISO Net connections. The resolution was unanimously approved.

RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE SCHOOL PRINCIPAL TO APPROVE

FACEBOOK AND MESSENGER AS COMMUNICATION ONLINE OF THE SGC

OFFICESR AND OTHER STAKEHOLDER.


WHEREAS; Facebook and messenger is the most common communication tool

nowadays

WHEREAS; Bulawan National High School SGC are used to communicate through
FB and messenger

WHEREAS; SGC partners agreed to communicate on messenger because some


barangays do not have internet connections but they have their PISO Net

NOW THEREFORE; it was moved and motioned by SSLG President, Brandon Jade
L. Franco, and it was unanimously seconded, it was

RESOLVED; the august body will adopt and pass a resolution, requesting the School
Principal of Bulawan National High School, Rolando T. Chavez to approve Facebook and
Messenger as tool for proper communication of the SGC

RESOLVED FURTHER THAT to send copies of this resolution to all concern offices for
their information and implementation.
