‫املهام واملسؤوليات‪:‬‬
‫• التعاون مع العاملين في القطاع الخاص والعاملين في املجال اإلنساني لتقييم حالة األشخاص املتضررين وتقييم احتياجاتهم‪.‬‬
‫• ضمان التنسيق الجيد مع الجهات الفاعلة اإلنسانية املحلية بما في ذلك تسهيل إحالة االحتياجات املحددة إلى املنظمات اإلنسانية‬
‫ومقدمي الخدمات اآلخرين‪.‬‬
‫• تحديد العوائق البيئية أمام تقدم األفراد من خالل املقابالت ومراجعة سجالت األفراد‪ ،‬وجمع املعلومات حول خلفياتهم‪،‬‬
‫واحتياجاتهم‪ ،‬والتقدم املحرز‪ ،‬وتقييم املشاكل املحتملة في املنزل أو بيئات العمل‪.‬‬

‫• جمع وتوفير البيانات اليومية عن األنشطة املنظمة والتأكد من ملء جميع النماذج ذات الصلة على النحو الواجب‪.‬‬
‫• رفع أي قلق أو تحدي للمشرف ‪ /‬أو مدير‪PSS .‬‬
‫• العمل باالمتثال واالحترام ملبادئ الحماية والسرية اإلنسانية‪.‬‬
‫• ضمان تشغيل األنشطة في الوقت املناسب لضمان التنفيذ الناجح للبرامج‪.‬‬
‫• القيام بأي واجبات أخرى يكلفه بها املشرف لتمكين وتطوير البرامج‬

General information:
• Place of work: Abo Hamam PHC
• Working system: Administrative 7 hours per day, 6 days per a week

Required Qualifications:
• University degree
• Experience in community work
• A resident of the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor -preference
• Females only
Responsibilities:
• Cooperate with private sector workers and humanitarian field workers to assess the condition of affected
individuals and assess their needs.
• Ensure good coordination with local humanitarian actors including facilitating the referral of identified needs to
humanitarian organizations and other service providers.

 • Identify environmental barriers to individuals' progress through interviews and reviewing individuals' records,
collecting information about their backgrounds, needs, progress achieved, and assessing potential problems at
home or work environments
• Conduct regular assessments based on protection and community mapping exercises to identify main risks faced
by individuals within their community.
• Identify and ensure referral of beneficiaries in need of PSS activities.
• Collect and provide daily data on organized activities and ensure completion of all relevant forms as required .
• Raise any concerns or challenges to the PSS Supervisor/Manager.
• Work in compliance and respect of humanitarian protection and confidentiality principles.
• Ensure activities are implemented in a timely manner to ensure successful implementation of programs.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor to enable and develop programs
skills:
• Ability to maintain a good relationship with service recipients.
• Ability to identify problems and understand their causes and find alternative solutions.
• Ability to work with office computer programs.
• Ability to work as part of a team and handle work pressures.
• Suitability for required duties and tasks.
