MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF THE SANGGUNIANG BARANGAY, 1 ST REGULAR MEETING OF


SAN JULIAN CENTRAL, AGOO, LA UNION HELD ON FEBRUARY 5, 2023 AT THE BARANGAY
HALL.
PRESENT:

Elsa C. Sabiniano -Kagawad
Antonio B. Regacho Jr. -Kagawad
Aries James F. Gagucas -Kagawad
Aurea A. Cabilatazan -Kagawad

Ali O. Lazo -Kagawad
Jeremias P. Tan -SK Chairman

None
CALL TO ORDER:
The meeting was called to order at 1: OO o’clock in the afternoon.
PRAYER:
A short prayer was led by Antonio B. Regacho Jr.
ROLL CALL:
The Barangay Secretary roll call the presence of all Barangay Sanggunian Member and
all are present. This presiding office of presiding officer declared the presence of a quorum.
APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES OF THE MEETING:
Upon motion of Kagawad Elsa C. Sabiniano duly seconded by Kagawad Dennis Q.
Cabilatazan the minute of the previous meeting was approved.
FIRST READING AND PREFERENCE OF THE MEETING:
a) Proposed Ordinance -None
b) Proposed Resolution -None
c) Petition -None
d) Message and Communication -None
COMMITTEE REPORTS:

CALENDAR OF BUSINESS:

b) Business of the Day
1. PNP-all banca’s with motor will register.
2. HR-SAL IN as of 2022 will be submitted until Feb 28.
3. Benjamin Domondon-for uncleared barangay, submit resolution that no one
using drugs anymore.
4. Corazon Padilla-free issuance of birth certificate, and correction of birth
certificate for solo parent, senior citizen, 4ps and indigent.
5. Dr. Querrer- medical mission still continuing.
6. GAD PLAN to be submitted on or before March 3,2023.
7. BSI-implement that there is composed pit in every home, also aso mo itali mo.
8. May 2,2023 Pammadayaw iti Umili, there is gulayan in every barangay and
submit bidbooks.
9. Red Cross- mobile blood donation, 10 persons in every barangay must donate.
10.Continue DDD and taktak attack.
