 Responsible for setting up the project planning process for new projects in Foundation
 Primarily responsible for projects scope review, execution monitoring & managing resources required for complete project execution.
 Budgeting and conducting periodic gap-analysis along with Financial Planning of Projects/Programs.
 Creating project plan in coordination with teams, track the plan till complete delivery.
 Facilitate the definition of project objectives, tasks and resource requirements.
 Actively identify and manage risks involved to protect the project objectives.
 Lead project planning and implementation clear directions to the project team.
 Perform project evaluations and identification of potential cross-functional process improvements.

Head – IT & Digital Solution (Navi Mumbai)
Education- M.Tech /B.E/ B.Tech (IT, Mechanical, Electrical, others would be considered MBA desirable)
Experience- 15-20 years

 Extensive experience in developing new digital solutions for development sector.


 Scaling up a complex interdisciplinary technical team, identification of resources and the management and control of
them.
 Experience in a start-up environment would be beneficial
 Technology strategy planning and application to meet business goals and objectives.
 Development and implementation of NPI methods and processes including gateways and build requirements.

Lead – IT & Digital Solution (Navi Mumbai)

Education- M.Tech /B.E/ B.Tech (IT, Mechanical, Electrical, others would be considered MBA desirable)
Experience- 5-7 years

 Extensive experience in developing new digital solutions for development sector.


 Development and implementation of NPI methods and processes including gateways and build requirements
 S/he should be experienced in commissioning projects from third parties to meet agreed objectives.
 Advanced technological skill set across a number of technology and industry sectors to include: Education ,Agriculture,
Health , Artificial Intelligence, Telecom and Platform based solutions
