Welcome to Innotek'24 - LPU’s Innovation & Graduating Project Expo, a distinguished platform
designed for university students to present the culmination of their practical learning experiences
throughout their degree programs. This Expo serves as a venue for showcasing innovative
implementations, including prototypes, products, posters, performances, and more. Organized
annually by the Department of Student Research and Project under the auspices of the Student
Welfare Wing, Innotek'24 offers students a unique opportunity to address contemporary societal
challenges faced by both governmental and private sector organizations. Participants will engage
in developing cutting-edge solutions for some of the world's largest corporations, thereby aiding
the private sector in recruiting top talents from the university, exemplifying our commitment to
fostering excellence in academia and industry collaboration.

● In case of any technical difficulty, directly send the PPT by attachment to the organizer's
email id.
Guidelines for Display( schools, whose output work is based on sheets, will
display their project work as sheets only).
1) Architecture/ Creative Arts/Social Science.
● Projects should be original and based on new/innovative ideas and must have undergone
some exploration and ground work to prove its feasibility and show impact.
● Participants must use display materials such as posters, digital presentations, physical
models, or interactive exhibits to showcase their projects effectively.
● Participants can conduct live demonstrations or performances related to their projects,
especially for creative arts, music, dance, or fashion.
● For creative arts, fashion, and fine arts, create a portfolio display with sketches, designs,
and photographs.
● Display project documentation such as sketches, drafts, concept maps, and timelines
(wherever required).
● Students can display their Poster (for Architecture) as per their professional entitled
manner.
● The Participant will have to carry a Poster of 1m*1m(as per format) to showcase their
work(The poster background colours not frozen, these can be changed if required as
per the content of the project. Otherwise, the main content should be as it is as
mentioned)
● In case of App/Website or any other research oriented work where physical prototype
cannot be displayed must have to present their work in laptop.
● The organizers reserve the rights to change any or all of the above rules as they deem fit.
