Tinker-fest 2024 - Enhancing Human Efficiency Using AI

We are thrilled to announce Tinker-fest 2024, an online event dedicated to


exploring and celebrating the transformative power of Artificial Intelligence
(AI). This year, our theme is "Enhancing Human Efficiency Using AI,"
focusing on how AI can be leveraged to optimize productivity and improve our
daily lives.

Event Overview:

Tinker-fest is an opportunity for students to engage in hands-on learning and


showcase their creativity and technical skills. By developing innovative
prototypes that utilize AI, participants will have the chance to make a
meaningful impact on how we interact with technology and solve real-world
challenges.

Participation Details:

• Eligibility: A team consist of maximum 3 students from classes VI-XII is


allowed to participate.
• Submission Requirements: Teams are required to develop a prototype
demonstrating how AI can enhance human efficiency.
• Interested students can confirm their participation on the registration link
by 7th October, 2024.

Submission Process:

• Record a video showcasing your prototype and its functionality.


• Upload the video to YouTube.
• Share the YouTube link of the video on the provided submission link by
15th October, 2024.

Video making instructions:

1. Students must wear proper school uniform with an id card.


2. The school logo should be displayed prominently in the background.
3. Content should be creatively presented and visualized with a clear voice.
4. The duration of the video should be 3–5 minutes.

Judgement Criteria:

1. Idea and Innovation


• Clarity of Idea: - How clearly is the core idea or concept communicated?
• Novelty: - Does it introduce a new approach, technology, or method that
is different from existing solutions?
• Potential Impact: - Does it have the potential to significantly improve or
change the current state of the field or application area?

2. Use of AI Domain
• Relevance of AI Techniques: -How well are AI techniques integrated into
the project?
• Implementation: - How effectively is AI implemented in the solution?
• AI Innovation: -Does the project use AI in an innovative way?
3. Creativity and Originality
• Creativity: -How creative is the approach to solving the problem?
• Originality: -Is the project original in its conception and execution?
• Design and Presentation: -How well is the project designed and
presented?
4. Adherence to Theme
• Alignment with Theme: -How well does the project align with the
specified theme or objective?
• Focus and Consistency: -Are all aspects of the project relevant to the
theme?
• Theme Integration: -How well is the theme integrated into the project's
AI solution?
Last Date to Submit Video: October 15, 2024
Certificates:
Participation Certificates: Participants will receive a participation e-certificate.
Appreciation Certificates: Teams demonstrating exceptional innovation and
effort will also receive an appreciation e-certificate.
