NOTE
 Those employees who has completed at least one year in organization are eligible for appraisal.
 Appraisal will be done only once in a year probably in start of the financial year.
 Those employees are not eligible for appraisal who ever got any kind of show cause, warning,
misconduct or abolish the code of conduct.
 Appraisal percentage will be decided on the basis of appraisal interview.
