NOTE
Those employees who has completed at least one year in organization are eligible for appraisal.
Appraisal will be done only once in a year probably in start of the financial year.
Those employees are not eligible for appraisal who ever got any kind of show cause, warning,
misconduct or abolish the code of conduct.
Appraisal percentage will be decided on the basis of appraisal interview.
