Activity Tasks

1. Prepare a comprehensive work program and plan for suboordinates in line with Risk Management Programs.

a. Attend and review Job Safety Analysis and Formal Risk Assessment in alighment with the specified job
b. Monitor the implementation of agreed risk control measures to ensure compliance of the controles
5. Manage internal and external HSE related audits
b. submit external audit report with findings with an action plan to HSE Team leader
d. review the idntified external audit findings with the team

Review and endorse the annual FFS inspection and testing program
a. Prepare the annual operational testing and inspection program and submting it to the team leader for review

c. Arrange a meeting with SC & MD to to discuss the annual program .
d. conduct operational testing and inspection of fixed, mobile and portable equipment.
f. Prepare reports on findings with recommendation and action plan and share with the concerned department ie. ( SC & MD)

Review and endorse the annual site specific HSE Inspection
a. Prepare HSE inspection plan ( weekly walk through plan ) .
b. Conduct a weekly site visits to monitor the effectiveness of the weekly plan
c. Prepare the inspection reports with the findings .
e. carryout HSE evaluation site visits for corporate customer locations.
f. issue a site visit report and share the report with the team lader for his approval .
g. undertake the final HSE verification visits in cooradinance with other departments
i. Conducting a ( TFT ) Visits with the SC & IMT .
j. Review and confirm if minimum HSE requirements are in place and ready for operation and share the inspection report /inspector
k. Review and confirm if site is fit or not based on defined criteria.
l. conduct a "Provisional Acceptance Certificate" site visits.
m. Delegate HSE team representatives to attend "Provisional Acceptance Certificate" site visits in coordiantion with other concorend depa
n. Review and confirm if minimum HSE requirements are in place and ready for operation.
p. Attend "Final Acceptance Certificate" site visits.
q. Review and confirm if all outstanding "HSE findings has been closed.

Develop the annual emergency response schedule


a. Prepare the annual site specific emergency drill exercise plan.
b. Prepar with the line manager of Business Continuity plan to confirm and approve
c. Cascade the approved annual emergency drill plan via emails/meetings with stakeholders and site HSE team for an alignment.
d. Support in prepartion of emergency drill exercise material/package and share with all role players.
e. Conduct pre-exercise meetings with relevant stakeholders internally and externally on expectations.
f. Schedule on-site training for tactical response team based on the site specific Emergency Response Plans.
g. Participation during actual exercise on several tasks and roles such as IMT Team/Observer etc.

Establish and ensure alignment with HSE standards, procedures and relevant codes.
a. Review and incorporate relevant HSE requirements on specific scope of work.
b. Attend pre-bidding clarification meetings/kick-off meetings upon contract award.
c. Coordinate and facilitates site reconnaisance site survey for the bidders/consultants/service providers.
d. Assisting with necessary HSE documentation in finalizing the scope of work.
Communicates HSE messages and necessary engagement sessions
a. Develop an internal plan for safety talks and awareness sessions.

g. Allocation and distribution of HSE campaign materials across all relevant sites.

a. Report safety observations based on the identified KPI related to the annual HSE Assurance Program.
b. Follow-up and verify the closeout of all reported safety observations for each site.
c. Prepare and submit progress report.
d. Data gathering and follow up of all documentations relevant to the incident.
e. Participate in incident investigation as a team memaber.
f. Provide guidance during preparation of ToR and actual investigation in line with the relevant HSE Standards.
g. Prepare, and review of incident investigation report ahead of draft presentation to the incident owner.
