1. To improve the existing IPM system at Mango plant before before the May 2020.
2. Provision of more Staff toilets with necessary provisions (i.e. Cleaning soaps, Detergents &
Foot Operated Sinks etc.) along with cleaning check record before the start of Mango season
2020.
3. Upgradation of fruit feeding area from cleaning point of view & provision of hand washing
sink before start of mango season 2020.
4. Employee’s health clearance must be regularized yearly on basis before next due date.
5. To make an effective traceability system of IAC products for the till the mango crushing
season 2020.
6. To have 100% easy to operate machineries, accessories, premises and other utilities
with regards to food safety & make annual plant maintenance plan till mango next crushing
season 2020
7. Make annual in house Training Plan to improve the working behavior & reduce the
risks & losses at workplace.
