Narrator: (In an engaging tone) Parents, take note! We all love to share those priceless moments of our
children's development, don't we? But what if I told you that there is someone out there who knows as
much as you or more about your children than you are comfortable with?"
Narrator: " Please welcome Mark. Mark appears to be innocuous, doesn't he? He is aware of your child's
accomplishments and milestones, the precious firsts, and even those not-so-proud moments, as well as
what happens on a daily basis. Do you really want Mark or those like him to keep track of what's going
on in your child's life?"
Narrator: " Mark may be aware of your child's recent birthday, but does he have to? That is why,
especially when it comes to our children or loved ones, it is important to draw the line between sharing
and oversharing."
Narrator: " Keep people like Mark away from your children, or even better, keep your children away
from him. Because privacy is important, and most moments are supposed to be shared with family and
friends rather than the entire world."
Note: The script attempts to strike a mix between a serious message about sharing and privacy with a
sense of mystery and intrigue, asking parents to be cautious about what they post online.
