CLEAN AND GREEN:
ARTFUL BUT MEANINGFUL
OBJECTIVES •To encourage creative thinking and innovation in the reuse of materials •To reduce waste by repurposing trash into useful items. •To encourage residents to engage in clean and green programs, as well as cleaning activities. • To improve the overall well-being of a community. As well as to improve public health and quality of life by reducing pollution and creating cleaner, greener living environment. STRATEGIES • Awareness Campaign: Launch a campaign to inform residents about the competition, emphasizing the importance of recycling and reusing. • Event: Host a competition where participants collect and transform recycled waste into useful materials. Additionally, after each competition and cleanup activity, all participants will be rewarded with food and beverages. • Incentives and goods: Offer attractive prizes like, cash, and basic goods for the best projects to motivate participation of the residents. • Showcase Event: Organize an event to display all entries and announce the winners, ensuring residents involvement and recognition. TIME-FRAME • September, 2024: Gathering of information about the community problem or issue that is needed to be addressed.
• September, 2024: Identifying what part or where in the
community is the problem, the persons involved and resources. •October, 2024: Drafting of Action Plan. •October, 2024: Communication Phase: Dialogue with relevant people. Getting permission to conduct the activity. • November, 2024: Raising of funds to finance the materials needed.
• November, 2024: Implementation of the action, follow
