Contact debtors via phone, messages and email to follow up on outstanding debts and
negotiate repayment plans.
Review debtor accounts and follow up on agreed payment plans.
Address and resolve any queries arising from customers and team leader.
Record all interactions with debtors in the system with accuracy for easy retrieval.
Update account information and proper documentation for reporting and collection.
Follow all relevant laws and regulations governing debt collection practices as guided by the
law e.g. Data Protection Act.
