mounted Split inverter type Air Conditioner of following capacity
consisting of high wall mounted type room unit (fan coil) with cordless
remote control and Antimicrobial Protection and outdoor condensing
unit with 100% Copper coil comprising of energy efficient suitable
rotary compressor for operation on single phase, 230 V, 50Hz supply,
fixing the outdoor unit on a raised platform as per manufacturers
recommendation and fixing of room (fan coil) unit on wall, standard 3.5
m distance refrigerant copper piping with 13mm nitrile rubber
1 insulation, providing and making interconnection between room &
condenser as per site conditions, comprising of full electrical cabling
from power plug near indoor unit and to outdoor unit, ODU MS stand,
with suitable bolts, nuts, clamps, making holes on walls, plastering etc.,
as per site requirement, first charge refrigarant gas
(R410-A/R407-C/R32), complete as required. Including one year any
time service with spares.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of copper refrigerant


2 piping with 13 mm thick nitrile rubber insulation interconnecting the
Condensing unit to evaporating unit for split units as per site condition

2.01 Copper refrigerant piping for 2 TR machine of suitable size 5/8" & 3/8". Rmt
Copper refrigerant piping for 1 TR & 1.5 TR machine of suitable size

Voltage Stabilizer 5 KVA rating suitable for 2TR Split AC Units with
3 Overcurrent & Under voltage protection. (The input voltage is 230V ± Nos
10% AC 50 c/s)

Voltage Stabilizer 4 KVA rating suitable for 1TR and 1.5TR Split AC Units
4 with Overcurrent & Under voltage protection. (The input voltage is 230V Nos
± 10% AC 50 c/s)

Supply and installation of 20A-25A 3 pin metal clad plug and socket
5 with 20A-25A MCB with suitable powder coated sheet steel enclosure Nos
with fixing accessories etc

Supply and installation of PVC drain pipe ISI marked, connecting the
drain lines from the indoor units to floor sump to be concealed / 9mm

thickness nitrile rubber insulation for cassette units or to be laid as per
site required with as may be decided by Engineer-in-charge.
