NOTICE OF APPEAL

Defendant through the undersigned counsel, unto this


Honorable Court most respectfully manifests that:

1. That on July 27, 2016 Defendant Gil Bual received the


adverse Decision dated July 14, 2016 of this Honorable Court which
the said decision states:

“WHEREFORE, plaintiffs’s claim is GRANTED


with modification. This Court orders defendant to pay
to plaintiffs Toshimitsu Watanabe and Ma. Victoria B.
Watanabe, the following:

1. The principal obligation in the amount of One


Hundred Twelve Thousand Pesos (Php112,000.00)
plus interest at the reduced rate of six percent (6%)
per annum on the said amount commencing from
the filing of this case on July 21, 2015, until fully
paid;

2. Attorney’s fees in the reduced amount of Ten


Thousand Pesos (Php10,000.00); and

3. The cost of suit.

SO ORDERED.”
2. The herein defendant has a period of fifteen (15) days
reckoned from date of receipt on July 27, 2016 by the defendant to
appeal the said Order to the Honorable Regional Trial Court. Thus,
the fifteen (15) days reglementary period will end on August 11,
2016. Hence, this Notice of Appeal is seasonably filed on time;

3. With due respect, the aforementioned Decision is contrary


to the established facts and law of the case.

4. In view thereof, defendant wants to avail of her rights as


provided in the Rules of Court.

WHEREFORE, premises considered, it is most respectfully


prayed that the Notice of Appeal be admitted and/or given due
course in the interest of substantial justice as the same is
seasonably filed.

Makati City for Manila City, August 2, 2016.

Greetings!

Please submit the foregoing NOTICE OF APPEAL for the


consideration and approval of this Honorable Court immediately
upon receipt hereof.

EXPLANATION

The NOTICE OF APPEAL was served to the parties concerned

effect personal service.
