Background:
However, despite its innovative approach and potential for significant positive impact,
Dharaksha faces challenges in effectively conveying the value proposition of its
products to potential customers, particularly larger brands in the packaging industry.
The company struggles to close deals with these brands due to perceived high costs
compared to traditional thermocol packaging. While Dharaksha's solution addresses
critical environmental issues, the focus on unit pricing overshadows the compelling
story behind its products, hindering the realisation of its complete value proposition.
1. Vision and Mission Statement: Draft a vision and mission statement for
Dharaksha Ecosolutions that effectively communicates its purpose and values,
emphasising its commitment to sustainability and environmental stewardship.
3. Porter's Five Forces Analysis: Assess the competitive forces within the
packaging industry and identify potential areas of opportunity and risk for Dharaksha
Ecosolutions.
NOTE: You must cover at least 3 of the key deliverables out of the above mentioned.
Based on the analysis conducted and strategic recommendations proposed, how can
Dharaksha Ecosolutions effectively communicate the value proposition of its
sustainable packaging solutions to larger brands in the packaging industry, and how
can the company overcome cost barriers to drive market adoption while ensuring
profitability? Additionally, how can Dharaksha establish a sustainable competitive
advantage and ensure long-term success in the market?
NOTE: Avoid pitching solutions that include government policies or any policy-driven
interventions.
