SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, AMELDA B. QUIACHON of legal age. Filipino, married with office address at Miami Homes
subd., St., 1 San Isidro, Talisay City do hereby name, constitute, and appoint, Albert Jumapao, of legal
age, Filipinos and residents of Nonoc Homes, Talisay City, to be my true and lawful attorney, for me and
in my name, place and stead, to do and perform the following acts, to wit:

1. To transact with the office of the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) for the computation,
filing of returns and all necessary documents for the issuance of eCAR in relation of the estate Pedro
Saavedra who died on September 06, 1918;

2. To get and acknowledge the eCAR that will be issued by the BIR in relation to the
foregoing;

3. To secure certified true copies and any certification from CENRO, DENR, DAR, Cebu City
Assessor and Register of Deeds, including the filing and submission of the necessary documents for the
transfer of tax declarations;

4. To sign and execute any necessary document/paper in relation thereto;

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto said attorney full power and authority whatsoever
requisite or necessary or proper to be done in and about the premises as fully to all intents and
purposes as we might or could lawfully do if personally present, with power of substitution and
revocation, and hereby, ratifying and confirming all that our said attorney or her substitute shall lawfully
do or cause to be done under and by virtue of these presents.
