This is my first laboratory here we did the right hand washing.
Fruit carving
- first step i prepare the mango second step wash the mango and third step is carve or cut into
your desired design.
-before i start i prepare the materials that's needed like carrots, pipino and also petchay first step
wash all the materials and second step cuts depends in the size or design.
Breakfast - first i prepare all ingredients that needed in making breakfast after preparing
everything the cooking began
- the first thing i did i prepare the two slice of pan and second step get the tuna and drained it
after i drained i get the lettuce and mix them and i cook an egg and mixed it with milk and butter
Vietnamese rolls-i prepared carrots, pickles and mango i wrapped then in the rice wrappers with
served with a sweet sauce
3 different kinds of meat
- first i prepare all the ingredients and wash to get rid of the dirt placed on it. Second, here is
where I started the cooking, first I cooked the fried fish and fried chicken because it was the
easiest to cook, after I cooked the chicken and fish, I followed the letchong paksiw which has a
lot of ingredients
