Morning Routine

 5:00 AM – 6:00 AM: Wake up prayer & exercise.

 6:00 AM – 7:00 AM: Driving Class (1 hour)

 7:00 AM – 8:00 AM: Get ready for the day (shower, dress, prep for work)

 8:00 AM – 8:15 AM: Travel to office (15 mins)

 8.30 AM – 9.30 AM: Skill up

Work Hours

driven decision-making.

 Statistical Analysis: Understanding of basic statistical techniques like


regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and probability to analyze business
performance metrics.

 Data Visualization: Proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau,


Power BI, or Google Data Studio to create dashboards and reports that make
complex data more understandable.

 Tableau: Skill in creating dashboards, visualizations, and performing ad hoc


queries using Tableau.

 Power BI: Knowledge of Microsoft Power BI to create interactive reports and


dashboards, particularly in organizations that use Microsoft products.

 QlikView / Qlik Sense: Familiarity with these BI tools for visual data analysis

 Agile Framework: Understanding of Agile principles, including Scrum, Kanban,


and Lean. Many Business Analysts work in Agile teams, so understanding how
Agile impacts project delivery is crucial.

 Jira: Experience with Jira for managing Agile projects, tracking user stories,
backlog grooming, sprint planning, and reporting.

 Confluence: Use of Confluence for collaboration, documentation, and creating


knowledge bases in Agile environments.

 Trello or Monday.com: For managing tasks and team collaboration, especially


in smaller or less formal projects.

 Business Process Modeling (BPMN): Proficient in creating visual models to

tools.
