What is Notepad?
Notepad is a basic text editing program and its most commonly used
to view or edit text files. A text file is a file typically identified by the
“txt” file name extension.
How do I open Notepad?

How do I change the font style and size?
“Changes to the font style and size affect all the text on the
document.”
1. Click the format menu and then choose font.
2. Make your selections in the font, font style and font size boxes.
An example of how your text will look appears under text
sample.
3. When you are finished making selections then click OK.
How do I Cut, Copy, Paste or Delete text and Undo my last
action?
To cut text = select the text you want to cut then go to Edit
menu and click to cut or use the shortcut key (ctrl + X).
To Copy txt = select the text you want to Copy then go to Edit
menu and click to Copy or use the shortcut key (ctrl + C).
To Paste text = click at the location in the document where you
want to paste the copy text then go to Edit menu and click to
Paste or use the shortcut key (ctrl + V).
To Delete text = select the text you want to Delete then go to
Edit menu and click to Delete or use the shortcut key (Del).
To Undo the last action = go to Edit menu and click to Undo or
use the shortcut key (ctrl + Z).
