Accomplishment Report:
Enrolment Activities – July 3 to July 26, 2024

Introduction
The enrolment period for the 2024 school year began on July 3, 2024,
marked by a series of well-organized activities designed to ensure maximum
community participation. The enrolment drive commenced with a kick-off
ceremony, followed by an advocacy campaign that extended over several weeks.
These initiatives were strategically crafted to engage and inform the local
community of Oras, Eastern Samar, with particular focus on the residents of
Barangay San Roque, Barangay Paypayon, and Barangay Camanga.
As one of the individuals responsible for overseeing the enrolment process
at our school, I successfully managed the registration of 163 pupils across
various grade levels. The success of this enrolment drive reflects the
effectiveness of the organized activities, which were designed to maximize
community participation. The kick-off ceremony established a strong foundation
for the campaign, while the ongoing advocacy efforts ensured that the
community was well-informed and actively engaged in the enrolment process.
These combined efforts ultimately resulted in the successful registration of 163
pupils for the upcoming school year 2024-2025.

Enrolment Progress and Achievements


The enrolment period extended from July 3 to July 26, 2024. Throughout this
time, significant efforts were made to facilitate the registration of pupils at all
grade levels. As a direct result of the advocacy campaign and the subsequent
enrolment activities, I was able to enroll a total of 163 pupils. The breakdown of
these enrolments by grade level is as follows:
 Kindergarten: 7 pupils
 Grade 1: 8 pupils
 Grade 2: 21 pupils
 Grade 3: 26 pupils
 Grade 4: 28 pupils
 Grade 5: 39 pupils
 Grade 6: 33 pupils
The enrolment process was conducted smoothly, with each pupil's
registration handled meticulously to ensure that all required documentation was
completed accurately. Parents and guardians were also provided with detailed
information on the school’s expectations, the start of the academic year, and the
necessary materials for their children.

Community Response and Impact


The community's response to the enrolment drive was overwhelmingly
positive. The motorcade and advocacy campaign played a crucial role in
informing parents and encouraging them to prioritize their children's education.
The significant number of enrolments, particularly in the higher grades, reflects
the community’s commitment to ensuring their children receive a quality
education. The enrolment of 163 pupils is a testament to the effectiveness of the
campaign and the collaborative effort between the school and the community.
Conclusion
The enrolment activities conducted from July 3 to July 26, 2024, were a
resounding success. The kick-off ceremony and advocacy motorcade not only
raised awareness but also directly contributed to the high enrolment numbers.
With 163 pupils enrolled across various grade levels, the school is well-prepared
for the upcoming academic year. These efforts have strengthened the bond
between the school and the community, setting a positive tone for the year
ahead.
