The Program Associate will play a key role in supporting the Planning, Development, and Implementation
(PD&I) department by assisting in project planning, monitoring, and evaluation activities. The incumbent
will contribute to program design, ensure effective implementation, and provide administrative and
operational support for various initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in planning, designing, and implementing programs and projects under the PD&I
department.
• Support the development of work plans, timelines, and project deliverables.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of
program activities.
• Conduct research on relevant topics to support program development and decision-
making.
• Analyze data and prepare reports, presentations, and summaries for management and
stakeholders.
• Assist in the design and implementation of M&E frameworks for ongoing projects.
• Track program performance and outcomes, ensuring alignment with set goals and
objectives.
• Manage program documentation, including filing, record-keeping, and maintaining
databases.
• Coordinate with government bodies, and other stakeholders involved in program
activities.
• Represent the organization in relevant meetings, workshops, and conferences as
required.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the PD&I Manager to ensure the smooth functioning of
the department.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Governance, Leadership, Public Administration, or a
related field. A Master’s degree will be an advantage.
• Experience: Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Prior internship or work experience in
program management or a similar role will be a plus.
• Skills:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Compensation:
• Initial salary package: PKR 40,000 – 50,000 per month.
