Employment Opportunity

Location : Kolkata

Position : Business Development Executives (BDE)

Probation Period : 3 Months


(Initially the recruitment will be done with an Offer Letter and after
successful completion of the probation period, based on their performance
Appointment Letter will be issued. Once a candidate is appointed
permanently he/she will be liable of all additional benefits which effects
from time to time along with Performance Bonus packages.)

Requirements : Male/Female Graduates with good communication and selling skills. Should
have min. 1 years experience in Marketing/Sales. Experience in Concept
Marketing would be a big plus. Dedication towards work and target
orientation is a must.

Package : Rs. 15,000/- + Incentives per month.

Package includes – Salary: Rs. 8,000/-, Travel & Phone Allowance: Rs.
2,000/-, Target Bonus: Rs. 5,000/-. Salary & Allowance will be paid against
achieving minimum 60% of allotted target. If an executive fails to achieve
minimum 60% of allotted target, he/she will be paid a proportionate amount
of the offered package.

Incentives are calculated in certain percentage (details will be mentioned


in the Offer Letter). Incentive plan will be effective right from the day one
of an executives approach to clients. Special Bonus packages will also be
awarded for outstanding performers.

Target : 10 Business Listings per month

(Business Listing is a yearly subscription package under our online directory


www.westbengalyellowpages.com with complete business information
about the company like: company name, logo, products & services, contact
details, multiple categories of their business operation, individual view-
counter, links to their website & e-brochure/e-catalog, unlimited email
enquiries.)

Complementary Business Listing in our national online directory


www.indiaonlinedirectory.com will be offered to every listed client
without any extra cost.

Job Description : Executives will have to visit/contact clients (people involved in any kind of
business activity) and explain the concept/advantages of being listed in
our online business directory. Collect order from them for getting
themselves listed in our online business directory. During their visit they
may also explain details about other products/services provided by us and
may also try to generate business from such products.
