- Main Objective:
- - A formal acceptance by the client ensures that the project is
truly finished and helps give finality to the project.
- Additional Objectives:
- - Communicating staff performance
- Closing out all financial reports
- - Smoothing the release of staff
- Ensuring client and stakeholder satisfaction

any suggestions and comments from the client after the project.
• -Adding client’s reply email to the report. Note: Business email ,
