Who:
Affected by the problem: General public, especially individuals with
respiratory issues, children, and the elderly, Environmental agencies
(e.g., Environmental Protection Agency), health organizations,
government bodies, and the general public.
What:
The problem is the health concerns arising from higher AQI levels,
indicating poor air quality that can lead to respiratory and other
health issues.
Where:
The problem is prominent in urban areas with high vehicular emissions,
industrial zones, and regions prone to wildfires. Solutions are implemented
in these areas through monitoring stations and data dissemination.
Why:
This problem is being solved to mitigate the adverse health effects
caused by poor air quality. Addressing high AQI levels can prevent
illnesses, reduce healthcare burdens, and improve overall public health.

I collected data for 10 cities along with their AQI levels: Bangalore,
Gurugram, Noida, Chandigarh, Patiala, Chennai, Mumbai, Delhi,
Hyderabad, and Lucknow. The tabular representation is as follows:

PROGRAM:
This program creates a list of all cities, another one of the AQIs of those cities on a
particular day. It finds the max and min temperature and the cities in which those temperatures were
seen as well as, prints all that information.
