Tidal volume compensation.
To ensure the set flow is actually delivered,
the ventilator adjusts gas flow based on the
inspired tidal volume (TVI). This can avoid
the compliance losses of fresh gas flow and
breathing circuit.
The compensation is based on the flow
sensor of patient circuit.
Make sure the safety after compensation
It may cause lots of “TV Compensation
Disabled” alarm message during the
operation.

Blue part is the circuit may cause

compliance losses
Troubleshooting

“TV Compensation Disabled” ——Check the flow sensor.

“Pinsp Not Achieved” ——Pinsp was less than 80% of
the set value or 5cmH2O for
consecutive six times. Check
the breathing circuit connections.

“TV Delivery Too High” ——TVi is greater than the set

value by 20% or 100ml for
consecutive six times. Check the
fresh gas flow.

“Drive Gas Pressure Low” ——Check Gas supplies/Pressure

Function:
The drive gas outside of the bag, fresh
gas inside the bag, monitoring gas, are all
scavenged to the AGSS during the
ventilation

Cleaning and Disinfection

A*. clean with a damp cloth soaked in mild detergent and then wipe off the remaining tergent with
a dry lint free cloth.
B*. flush with water first; then soaked in water and cleaning solution (water temperature 40ºC
recommended) for approximately three minutes and wipe with 70% ethanol.
C*. team autoclave at maximum 134ºC.

Breathing Circuit Test
Breathing Circuit Leakage Test in Mechanical Ventilation Mode

Setup

1. Operation mode [Standby]

2. Bag / mechanical ventilation switch Mechanical ventilation position ( ).
3. Connect the manual bag to the manual bag port.
4. Connect the Y piece on the breathing tube to the Picture
leak test plug. Occlude the outlet of the Y piece.
5. O2 flow 0.2 L/min
6. Press the O2 flush button to fill the bellows, and the
folding bag will rise to the top.

Test Procedure

1. Go to [Maintenance] -> [Breathing System Leak Test >>] -> [Start].

2. During the test, the screen will display [Performing leak test].
3. After a successful test, the screen shows [Leak Test Completed!]. If the test fails, the message
[Leak Test Failure! Please try again.] will be displayed. Then, you will need to check all
possible leak sources, including bellows, breathing tubes, and soda lime canister.
4. Select to exit the current menu.

2. Bag / mechanical ventilation switch Bag position ( )
3. Connect the manual bag to the manual bag port.
4. APL valve 75 cmH2O
5. O2 flow 0.2~0.3 L/min
6. Connect the Y piece on the breathing tube to the
leak test plug. Occlude the outlet of the Y piece. Picture

Test Procedure

1. Press the O2 flush button to make the reading of airway pressure gauge increase to
approximately 30 cmH2O.

2. Release the flush button . A pressure decrease of the airway pressure gauge indicates a
leakage. Look for and repair the breathing circuit leakage.
