OFFICE OF THE SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN


Minutes of the Regular Monthly Meeting of the Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay North Mapang,
Rizal, Zamboanga del Norte held on the 14th day of January 2024 at North Mapang Barangay Session
Hall.
I. Call to Order
The meeting convened promptly at 1:00 PM with Hon. Brian Fritz A. Enderez presiding.
II. Opening Prayer
Hon. Jmson T. Manigsaca led the attendees in a moment of prayer, invoking guidance and wisdom for
the proceedings.
III. Singing of the Hymns
The attendees stood respectfully as the Philippine National Anthem played.
IV. Roll Call
The secretary conducted the roll call, noting the presence of the members.
V. Unfinished Business- Committee Assignments:
Previous discussions regarding committee assignments were revisited to ensure progress and
completion.
VI. Calendar of Business:
Activity Fines: Updates on any pending fines were provided, with necessary actions discussed.
Selecting of Committee-in-charge: Procedures for selecting committees in charge of various tasks were
reviewed and clarified.
SK Officials' Duties and Responsibilities: The responsibilities of SK officials were thoroughly outlined
and discussed to ensure clarity and effectiveness in their roles.
Initial Discussion about Katipunan ng Kabataan Officers and Upcoming Activities: Preliminary plans and
discussions regarding upcoming activities and the roles of Katipunan ng Kabataan officers were presented
for consideration.
Regular SK Meeting Schedule: Consensus was reached regarding the frequency and timing of regular SK
meetings to facilitate efficient communication and decision-making.
VII. Other Matters
1st SK Outing: Initial planning for the first SK outing was initiated, with ideas and suggestions
welcomed for consideration.
The meeting was moved to motion and seconded then proceeded smoothly, with active participation and
constructive discussions among the members.
At 2:35 PM, the meeting was adjourned by Hon. Brian Fritz A. Enderez acknowledging the
productive exchange of ideas and contributions from all attendees.
