1. INTRODUCTION

The purpose of this business plan is to provide an overview of our Sip ‘n Yum
Business goals and objectives. Our mission is to offer a convenient way of
enjoying food and drink.

2 .EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

We are going to sell a combo of food and drink in one cup. The name of
the product is Sip ‘n Yum. Our goal is to offer a handy way of indulging in
delicious street food and refreshing drink.

In addition, our products are made to be convenient and enjoyable,


offering consistent quality that customers won’t get tired of. To ensure the
customers to stay engaged in our product, we will offer a wide variety of
victuals and flavors that will fulfill consumers need. For food, we will be
offering fries and for the drinks, we will present an option of lemonade or
nestea.

The market analysis highlights great potential for growth in our product Sip
‘n Yum, with more people preferring easier and more convenient ways to enjoy
their food. To promote the brand, we’ll focus on social media advertising
campaigns. With an experienced management team and promising financial
projections showing steady growth, we’re confident in the business’s success.
The funding needed will go toward startup costs and daily operations. Our
approach is to offer lower prices than competitors to break into the market,
and instead of increasing prices, we’ll make slight adjustments to the quantity
if needed.

The business we’re planning to run focuses on a food item that’s been
popular for a long time. Our goal is to attract customers looking for convenient
snacks they can enjoy anytime. To make it easier for them, we’ll set up a stall
where they can quickly grab what they need. Since our target market includes
the students and faculty of Sigaboy Agricultural Vocational High School, this
setup ensures accessibility and convenience.

Our business consists of seven members: Christian James L. Alvarado,
Apriel Grace B. Langga, Prencess Convicto, Klint Margate, Angel C. Panay,
Jane Cortes, Marilou Paloma. And we are committed to providing superb
product and service to consumers.

4.1 .PRODUCT DESCRIPTION


Sip ‘n Yum provides a wide selection of convenient and satisfying snacks
and beverages, thoughtfully served in portable cups. Offering everything from
crispy fries to flavorful snack combinations paired with refreshing drinks, it is
the ideal choice for those seeking a quick and hassle-free dining experience.
Designed to cater to the needs of students and faculty alike, Sip ‘n Yum
ensures quality and convenience for individuals with busy schedules.

5. MANAGEMENT AND ORGANIZATION

In an organization, it is essential for each member to follow an


administrative plan, a process that encompasses internal management to
achieve the organization’s vision, mission, and objectives. Company
management operates through planning, organizing, leading, and controlling
all available resources. This approach helps the organization meet its goals,
ensuring high quality and excellent service for customers.

Based on the manufacturing service prepared by Sip ‘n Yum, it is


managed by five major high skilled staff which lead by the founder. In this
administration plan, it will explain more about the task and responsibility of
each staff in the organization. Besides, the administrative will ensure the
welfare of its employee awake by giving reward and benefit for their hard
work.

beverages, bringing satisfaction and ease to every customer’s busy
lifestyle.

promoting core values and guiding behavior. Oversees
meetings and monitors operations and sales, ensuring the
vision, mission, and objectives are effectively implemented
to achieve overall success.
Marketing Manager Responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction while
identifying, developing, and evaluating marketing strategies.
Monitors and assesses the financial aspects of product
development and oversees the promotion of products to
enhance market activities. Analyzes and tracks market
trends, ensures sales performance through forecasting, and
conducts strategic planning to maintain growth.
Financial Manager Responsible for gathering, interpreting, and reviewing
financial data based on updated sales. Additionally, tasked
with preparing financial reports related to budgets and
expenses. Develops strategies to minimize financial risks
and analyzes market trends and competitors using sales
data for informed decision-making.
Senior Sales Assistant Responsible for addressing customer inquiries and
promoting products to meet sales targets. With several
years of sales experience, the senior sales assistant also
serves as a mentor to junior staff, guiding them on strategies
to successfully achieve their sales goals.
Junior Sales Assistant Responsible for meeting customer needs by promoting and
selling products to achieve sales targets. Committed to
delivering excellent customer service to enhance the
organization's growth and reputation.

6. MARKETING PLAN

Our group will be using online platform and personal selling in running our
product. Increasing online sales is the most critical goal for most businesses
thanks to the expansion of online selling platforms and opportunities.

Personal Selling strategies involve meeting with the customer for a face to
face interaction that serves to inform and persuade them into making a
purchase. By directly meeting with the customer, the salesperson confirms the
product’s benefits by emphasizing details like price, characteristics or current
market demand.

Operation plan is a highly detailed plan that provides a clear picture of
how a team, section or department will contribute to the achievement of the
organization’s goals. The operation plan maps out the day tasks required to
